Responsibilities:
- Engage and build relationships with potential clients
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven automotive sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes (preferred)
- Must be available to work all weekends
- Must have a valid salesperson license
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
