Seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator to join our team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking communicative individual to thrive in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has solid customer service experience and will take a proactive approach in coordination between customers and the sales team.

Job duties include:
- Managing daily customer relations
- Providing inside support to our sales team in the field
- Overseeing customer’s orders from beginning to end, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and returns
- Coordinating with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience by monitoring production schedules and inventory levels.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years related experience in distributor-based customer service
- Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year degree
- Strong proficiency using MS Office based programs
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills and experience in international logistics or procurement a plus
