Service Advisor – Haney's Automotive
Haney's Automotive is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
We've proudly served the Capital Region since 1960, and we're now operating out of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Mechanicville. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, family-owned business, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and completion times
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery when needed
- Help maintain a smooth, organized front office
- Build lasting relationships with customers through honesty and excellent communication
What We're Looking For
- Automotive service advisor experience is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well with both customers and technicians
- A valid driver's license
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
