We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our busy, patient-focused dental practice. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during a wide variety of dental treatments
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and digital scans as needed
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Eaglesoft practice management software
- Monitor inventory and assist with stocking clinical supplies
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Current Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
