Job Summary: Summer PT Positions
3 Positions Available:
1st: Mon 3:30-8, Tues 4-8, Wed 4-8, Fri 11-7
2nd: Fri 5-8, Sat 4-7:30 and Sun 5-8
3rd: Tues 5-8, Thurs 4-8, Fri 5-8 & Sat 4:30-8
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Counter/Server. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, operate the cash register, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and operating a cash register
- Server experience for dine in guests
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, and food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Someone who says “you‘re welcome” oppose to “no problem” when a customer says “thank you”.
- Someone who thanks a customer for a tip especially at counter - customers are very generous
