As we continue to expand our Content & Engagement business, we are seeking a strategic, client-focused business development leader to help drive growth across Medical Affairs and Commercial organizations.
The Director, Business Development will serve as a senior client lead responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations. This role focuses on generating new business, growing existing accounts, and positioning IQVIA's Content & Engagement solutions to address client challenges and business objectives.
Collaborate with proposal, contract, operational, and functional teams to develop compelling client solutions and sales strategies.
12+ years of professional experience, including significant experience in business development, sales, Medical Affairs, health communications, or commercial life sciences services.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
