Duties
- Supervise individuals during meals, naps, outings, and daily routines to ensure safety at all times
- Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols
- Support Individuals with behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions and emotional growth
- Assist with care routines such as feeding and developmental milestones
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in mandated reporting laws is preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
