Job Summary (Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm)

Duties
- Breaking down complex vocational tasks into manageable steps
- Helping individuals with disabilities build essential work and life skills in a supervised environment
- Tracking participant progress
- Assisting with personal care
- Implement behavior management strategies using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral health principles.
- Collect data on behaviors and progress to inform treatment plans and support team collaboration through detailed medical documentation.
Skills (referred, but not required)
- Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs.
- Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions using specialized support strategies like applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Ability to collect data systematically for behavioral health tracking and support individualized care plans.
Qualifications (required)
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to obtain CPR/1st Aid - will be paid for by company
- Ability to obtain Assistance with Medication certification - will be paid for by company
