What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls and account outreach
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts
- Build strong long-term relationships with retailers and distributors
- Promote new product launches, pricing updates, and special promotions
- Handle inbound leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Support customers with orders, shipping updates, and product inquiries
- Maintain organized CRM records and assist with internal sales operations
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to help grow accounts and expand business relationships
- Work closely with a fast-moving sales team focused on hitting and exceeding goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or high-volume sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Degree preferred but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

- Base Salary based on Experience
