About the Role
As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. You will leverage your technical expertise in multi-axis machining and industrial automation to ensure every part meets our rigorous quality benchmarks while maximizing operational output.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operation of 3+ axis CNC milling centers using Mastercam or CAMWorks to achieve exact tolerances.

Drive production efficiency by conducting rapid, accurate machine changeovers and optimizing cycle times.

Ensure long-term equipment reliability through proactive inspections and routine preventative maintenance tasks.

Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to refine machining strategies and elevate overall product quality.

Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized shop floor environment by strictly following industry best practices.

Utilize expertise in CNC tooling and industrial robot programming to streamline automated manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications-
Demonstrated professional experience operating and setting up CNC milling and 2-4 axis lathe equipment.

Strong technical proficiency in CNC tooling selection and machining process optimization.

Proven ability to work independently to troubleshoot production issues and maintain high precision.

High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
