The Opportunity
As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple telecommunications construction projects across North and South Carolina.
The majority of your workload will consist of T-Mobile wireless construction projects, with opportunities to support AT&T, Verizon, DISH, and other wireless carrier projects as business needs require.
You'll work closely with subcontractors, tower crews, Project Managers, customers, and company leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety.

- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
- No visa sponsorship or employment sponsorship is available for this position.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tower Foreman.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Top Hand.
- Previous experience working on T-Mobile wireless construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active telecommunications construction projects from Notice to Proceed through closeout.
- Lead tower crews and subcontractors across multiple active sites.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer standards.
- Enforce tower safety requirements, rigging practices, rescue procedures, and fall protection compliance.
- Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with T-Mobile construction scopes of work and customer specifications.
- Coordinate project logistics, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
- Maintain communication between field crews, Project Managers, customers, and executive leadership.
- Identify project risks early and implement effective solutions.
- Complete daily reporting, documentation, and project records.
- Mentor field personnel and promote a positive safety-first culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following:
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- No visa sponsorship available
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tower Foreman
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Top Hand
- Extensive telecommunications construction experience
- Proven knowledge of T-Mobile construction scopes of work
- Strong working knowledge of tower construction, rigging, rescue procedures, and fall protection
- OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel throughout North and South Carolina
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Construction Management experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Experience with Class III & Class IV rigging plans
- Experience managing subcontractor crews
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Location Requirement
Candidates should reside within approximately 90 minutes of our Charlotte office.
Our Charlotte facility serves as the operational hub for materials, equipment, logistics, meetings, and emergency field support. Proximity allows Construction Managers to respond quickly to operational needs while supporting crews throughout North and South Carolina.

Vehicle Requirement
This role requires frequent travel to active construction sites, many of which involve rough terrain, gravel access roads, and undeveloped locations.
Candidates should have access to a reliable 4x4 vehicle suitable for construction site access. A monthly vehicle allowance is provided to support business use of your personal vehicle, and a company credit card is provided for fuel and approved project-related expenses.
