The Law Office of Kenneth J Freed is a premier litigation practice specializing in commercial debt litigation.
While we are an extremely busy office, we are a casual office. We're looking for someone who is smart, motivated, has the ability to work under pressure and the desire to contribute to the success of the practice. The job entails initial filings, pre-judgment writs, motions, discovery, trial prep and post-judgment collection. Knowledge of state court litigation filing, service and civil procedures, legal terminology, and ability to manage attorney calendars are crucial. Applicant must be reliable, accurate and detail oriented and have at least two years of experience working in litigation. This is an in-office only position.
Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Adobe Acrobat, TimeMatters, Essential Forms and CollectOne beneficial.
