Full-Time Medical Receptionist

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Collecting copays and updating patient information
- Scanning insurance cards and medical documents
- Assisting with referrals and other administrative tasks
- Communicating with providers and medical assistants to keep clinic flowing smoothly
- Learning additional front office responsibilities as you grow in the role
