Take Two Financial is hiring an Associate Financial Representative (AFR) to drive new-business growth for a client-centered financial planning practice. This sales‑focused role emphasizes uncovering, developing, and converting new client relationships and assets while partnering closely with the lead advisor, to deliver exceptional client care and retention. You’ll use firm resources, planning tools, and modern technology (including AI-enabled tools) to build pipeline, present solutions, and execute financial plans.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new client opportunities through prospecting, referrals, introductions, and relationship expansion
- Move prospects from initial conversation to engagement and implementation
- Cross-sell planning, insurance, and investment solutions to new and existing clients
- Identify client needs (financial planning, risk management, investments) and coordinate specialists when needed
- Partner with the lead advisor to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
- Build and deliver plans and illustrations using the team’s planning resources
- Consistently use CRM, workflow tools, and firm technology to manage opportunities and client activity
- Embrace new technology, including AI-enabled tools, to increase efficiency and improve the client experience
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Advisor Desktop standards
