Are you a sales-driven professional who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and closing deals? We’re hiring a Home Sales Consultant to help prospective buyers find and purchase their next home.
Whether your background is in apartment leasing, new home sales, real estate, automotive sales, retail sales, manufactured housing, or customer service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, social media, online marketing, and community outreach.
- Conduct professional home tours and guide buyers through the sales process.
- Manage inbound leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Consistently follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text.
- Overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain prospect and sales activity in the CRM/lead management system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, leasing, real estate, automotive sales, retail sales, new home sales, or manufactured housing.
- Strong closing, prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
- Goal-driven and motivated by commission and earning potential.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- CRM or lead management experience is a plus.
- Real estate or manufactured housing experience is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30,000–$35,000 Base Salary
- 1.5% Commission on Every Home Sold
- Additional commission opportunities for 5+ home sales per month
