Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic NBC- Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service standards across our outlets. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence to help us continue our success story.
Duties
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee profit & loss management, including financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Manage teams effectively through coaching, development, and leadership to foster a motivated work environment.
- Drive process improvements using data-driven decision making and lean management principles to optimize operational workflows.
- Collaborate with executive-level teams on business development strategies and new project initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards while maintaining excellent customer service levels.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Experience with Excel data analysis for performance tracking and decision making.
- Skilled in team management, leadership development, and managerial communication at an executive level.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as lean management is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supervising diverse teams and managing customer service operations effectively.
