Part-Time | Palmdale, CA | New Center Opening
Majestic MD Spa is expanding from Monterey to Palmdale with a new physician-led anti-aging, active adult recovery, and wellness center focused on helping clients feel better, recover faster, improve function, and stay active.
This is not a traditional aesthetics med spa. Our focus is wellness IV therapy, weight loss, hormone optimization, peptides, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PRP, regenerative medicine, personal injury care coordination, and recovery services that help clients feel better, improve function, and stay active.
Important Fit for This Role
This is a new part-time location and is best suited for an RN who is highly motivated, independent, organized, and excited to help build something from the ground up.
The physician/founders will cover the major startup expenses, including the lease, buildout, equipment, supplies, medical oversight, protocols, and business infrastructure. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants the opportunity to help build and grow the Palmdale location without personally taking on those startup costs.
The physician/founders will not be onsite full-time, so the right person must be comfortable working independently, following protocols carefully, communicating consistently, helping create an excellent client experience, and supporting local growth through client retention, memberships, outreach, and community networking.
This is not the best fit for someone looking only for guaranteed full-time hours or a traditional shift-based RN position. Hours and growth-based compensation opportunities are expected to increase as the Palmdale location grows.
