What You’ll Do:

Lead the hiring process from start to finish

Partner with managers to fill open roles

Post jobs, review applications, and conduct interviews

Find candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking

Attend job fairs and help host hiring events

Support both HR and Sales teams with recruiting and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in full-cycle recruiting
-
Strong communication and people skills
-
Familiarity with social media and networking for recruiting
-
Understanding of basic HR practices and employment laws
-
Sales or interviewing experience is a plus
