Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clear communication and outstanding customer service.
- Evaluate clients’ financial goals and circumstances to deliver customized financial strategies and solutions.
- Support clients in managing benefits, navigating insurance options, and planning for retirement.
- Execute proactive outreach and external sales initiatives to grow the client base and promote a range of financial products.
- Partner with team members to streamline service delivery and elevate overall client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
