Let’s Tea is a fast-growing bubble tea shop in Baltimore seeking reliable, high-energy team members who take pride in quality and customer experience. We’re building a strong core team and looking for individuals who want more than just a job — we’re looking for future leaders.
Full-time availability strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Operate POS system accurately and manage cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Support team efficiency during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous barista and / or food service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in growing into leadership roles is a plus
Compensation & Advancement
- Starting at $15/hour
