This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and has a strong business mindset. Construction knowledge and computer proficiency are key. There is growth potential into management for the right individual.
- Handle service inquiries and create service tickets/li>
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule installations and service calls/li>
- Reach out to customers regarding service needs/li>
- Work closely with the Production Manager to delegate tasks and quality-check outgoing work/li>
- Perform pre-installation readiness checks/li>
- Maintain accurate records and data input across platforms/li>
- Use Monday Project Management software, Company Cam, and Google Calendar (training provided if needed)/li>
- Follow established systems and contribute to improving them/li>
- Communicate clearly and professionally—be firm, bold, and respectful/li>
- Handle yourself with professionalism when dealing with a variety of personalities
- Prior experience with scheduling or service coordination is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, required; other software knowledge a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Construction or installation knowledge
- Positive attitude, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Desire to grow and lead in a long-term role
