Responsibilities

- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize office management software including QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative functions.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area that reflects a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
