Premier Coastal, a sales and development firm that stays ahead of technology trends, is looking for an AT&T Sales Agent to help Doral discover AT&T's fast, reliable nationwide coverage. The AT&T Sales Agent will help our customers understand why AT&T's cell phones and data plans are trusted by millions for reliable communication and seamless coverage.
As an AT&T Sales Agent, you’ll be the sales expert our customers turn to for AT&T’s smartphones and data plans, explaining how their network solves modern connectivity challenges. In person, the AT&T Sales Agent also addresses concerns about dropped calls or limited data by highlighting AT&T’s advanced features and reliable performance.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent
- Provide in-person customer service by assessing their needs and presenting AT&T’s smartphones and data plans as solutions to their connectivity challenges.
- Increase sales by identifying pain points in customers’ current wireless service and positioning AT&T’s data plans as the superior alternative.
- Clarify the advantages of AT&T’s smartphones, such as compatibility with AT&T’s data plans and advanced features.
- Close sales by addressing objections with factual comparisons, showcasing how AT&T’s wireless outperforms competitors.
- Support sales growth by bundling AT&T’s smartphones with complementary data plans to enhance customer value.
- Enhance the sales experience by ensuring every sales interaction leaves customers feeling informed, supported, and confident in their AT&T choice.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Agent
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong sales communication skills with confidence in product presentation.
- Confidence in explaining AT&T’s reliability and speed in everyday scenarios.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
