Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced sprinkler installer and landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems and landscaping features across various construction sites and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality installations that meet project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install sprinkler systems and landscaping features.
- Install, assemble, and maintain sprinkler systems using pipe threading, soldering, welding (including MIG, FCAW, TIG), and pipe bending techniques in compliance with NFPA standards and ASME codes.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise placement of piping, sprinklers, valves, and other components.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, thread, solder, weld, and assemble piping systems on construction sites or residential properties.
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems; troubleshoot issues related to pipe installation or sprinkler operation; conduct repairs as needed.
- Follow safety regulations diligently during all phases of installation and maintenance work; adhere to OSHA standards for construction site safety.
- Collaborate with team members to rig equipment, interpret technical drawings accurately, and ensure projects are completed efficiently within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sprinkler installer or landscaper with a strong background in pipe installation, system assembly, and landscaping projects.
- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, FCAW, TIG welding; experience with welding preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings with confidence.
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, pipeline installation, and fire sprinkler fitting is essential.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as calipers, pipe threaders, tube benders; familiar with power tools used in construction environments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to welding (including ASME standards), NFPA standards for fire protection systems, power tool safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements; experience interpreting technical schematics; familiarity with schematics related to plumbing or sprinkler systems.
- Construction site experience with rigging procedures; ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
- Strong communication skills for interpreting technical instructions; ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects.

Pay: $25.29 - $30.45 per hour
