Responsibilities

- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in rehabilitative therapy, outpatient care, or a related setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
