Our Camp Directors, known as "Site Directors," are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Camp
Location, including the supervision of all camp counselors and campers. Directors, along with meeting the criteria listed above, must have experience in leadership and risk management.
Camp Directors will be accountable for following Club SciKidz’s guidelines for operation as well as respecting and protecting the Club SciKidz brand. Camp Directors will report to the Summer Area Director and to the owners of Club SciKidz Dallas.
All Director candidates must have a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience as a classroom teacher, submit to a background check, be able to complete CPR/First Aid training, and be able to commit to the multiple week camp program at the location you have been assigned.
All camp director candidates must attend our 3 day paid training session, Tuesday-Thursday June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th! Weekly Salary depends upon experience.
