We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics.
Responsibilities
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.
- Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training
- Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
- Organize and maintain the work area.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Schedule:
Sun- Friday
7am-finish (average 10-12 hours per day)
Pay rate:
$60,000-$65,000 per year

Experience
- Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak, understand)
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating
- Must be flexible with start time
- Must be able to work one weekend day during peak
- Have a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Must undergo a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
