Responsibilities

Lead external audit and attest engagements from planning through completion

Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance

Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor

Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff

Manage multiple engagements while ensuring quality and timely completion

Stay current on GAAP, GAAS, and industry developments

Identify process improvements and deliver value-added client service
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting

5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on external audit

CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification

Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
-
Experience supervising staff and managing engagements

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
