Security Officer – On-Call / Fill-In (Night Shift)

Schedule: Primarily Nights and Overnight Shifts (as needed)
Location: Various client sites
Position Summary
Havier Corporation is seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Security Officer to provide coverage during employee absences, sick leave, vacations, or temporary assignments.
This role is ideal for a disciplined and dependable individual who can adapt quickly to new sites, follow established post orders, and maintain a strong security presence during overnight hours. Applicant will only receive hours at a as needed basis may not receive a call for duty for a few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security coverage at designated sites when regular staff are unavailable
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure property safety and deter unauthorized activity
- Check doors, gates, and vehicles to verify they are locked and secure
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns
- Complete detailed shift and incident reports in a timely manner
- Follow all company policies, post orders, and emergency procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing Havier Corporation
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be available for night and overnight shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Strong communication and observation skills
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Additional pay opportunities may be available for last-minute coverage, special events, or extended assignments.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
