What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation practices.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment for all employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals and maintain overall facility standards.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests or spills as they arise.
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance needs to management.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous custodial experience in various commercial settings.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies, including proper usage and safety measures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
