black & blue Steak and Crab is now looking for friendly, polished and professional individuals to join our team of Hosts The Host staff are the first representatives of black & blue that guests encounter during their dining experience. The Host is the agent for the guest in that he/she is attempting to find out the guests' needs and accommodate them as accurately and professionally as possible.
To provide great service, each host must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below:
- Anticipate and comply with guest needs
- Seat guest tables in the dining room according to company standards
- Engage guests
- Assist others
- Provide thorough communication with the restaurant team of servers, managers, and kitchen managers
Fine dining or club experience preferred for Lead Host. Applicants must be mature, accommodating and have the ability to multi-task. Full and part time positions available.
