Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Residential Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our community residents and property. Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas using CCTV surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized access and detect suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential premises, including hallways, parking lots, and communal spaces, to identify potential security risks or hazards.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances by following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation of all security activities for accountability and review purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on residential safety.
- Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring tools.
- Skilled in conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Familiarity with performing background checks on visitors or contractors as part of security screening processes.
- Excellent observational skills combined with a proactive approach to loss prevention and risk mitigation.
