Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas like literacy education, math skills, and overall development
- Collaborate with families to share insights on child welfare, progress, and strategies for continued growth
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles
- Experience in curriculum development tailored to preschool or toddler care settings
- Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan engaging lessons
- Experience working in an early childhood setting is advantageous
