About AG Millworks
AG Millworks is a Ventura-based manufacturer specializing in custom luxury wood doors and windows. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Door & Frame Assembly/CNC Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position supports the production and assembly of custom door and frame products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of custom wood doors and frames.
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely.
- Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Support various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, carpentry, or construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. English required for CNC position.
