We are currently recruiting a Origination Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Support research and identification of potential clients, partners, and project opportunities under close supervision.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for client meetings.

Help maintain origination pipeline data and track basic deal progress in CRM systems.

Assist with preliminary market analyses and competitor reviews as directed.

Collect and organize project, financial, and compliance documentation for due diligence.

Support the preparation of simple term sheets and pricing summaries.

Communicate updates with internal teams and help coordinate logistics for meetings.

Participate in industry events and maintain records of interactions and business activities.

Provide administrative and logistical support for origination and meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional coursework or certification in renewable energy, energy markets, or project finance is a plus.

0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, project support, or account management.

Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and CRM or market research tools is desirable.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new systems quickly.

Strong written and verbal communication; organized and attentive to detail.
