Schedule: 2–3 OR days/week (elective plastics) OR, PACU maintenance other days

We are a high-end, cash-based plastic surgery practice with an on-site Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC). Our patients expect precision, discretion, and excellence — and so do our surgeons. We perform elective plastic surgery procedures in a calm, efficient, luxury OR environment designed for safety, flow, and exceptional outcomes.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support plastic surgery cases in our private OSC. This role is ideal for a tech who takes pride in perfect sterile technique, anticipates surgeon needs, and values organization, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ORs according to surgeon preference cards and case schedules
- Maintain a flawless sterile field throughout procedures
- Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently
- Perform and document sponge/sharp/instrument counts
- Support plastic surgery cases (face, breast, body, revision)
- Assist with OR turnover and readiness for next case
- Track implants and high-cost supplies per OSC protocol
- Uphold patient privacy and premium standards of care
- Maintain OR, PACU Sterility and Cleanliness
- Maintain, clean & sterilize surgical instruments, trays, and equipment
- Maintain Sterilizer and logs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- CST certification preferred
- 2+ years OR or ASC/OSC scrub experience (plastic surgery strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, counts, and OR flow
- Calm, professional demeanor in a surgeon-led environment
