What You'll Do
As our F&I Manager, you will:
- Guide customers through financing and protection product options with professionalism and transparency.
- Secure financing through lending partners while maximizing profitability.
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products.
- Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and funded in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and lender compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
- Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive Finance & Insurance experience required.
- Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems and lender portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-focused dealership.
