HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER SPECIALIST" Position Summary:
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as Airbnb Cleaning Specialists. In this role, you will ensure our units are spotless between check-ins, providing a top-notch guest experience. You will work independently most days but will also collaborate with our supportive team on larger projects.
Our standard guest check-out times are 10 AM or 11 AM, with guest check-in beginning at 4 PM. This means all cleaning must be completed during this 5-6 hour window. Punctuality and reliability are key—you must arrive on time every day to ensure units are guest-ready within this timeframe.
No prior cleaning experience is required; we fully train you on our systems and expectations to set you up for success. We provide basic cleaning supplies on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
Once fully trained and comfortable, your typical day will consist of cleaning 2-5 units between 10 AM – 4 PM. Your schedule will be sent out the evening before so you can move at your own pace while ensuring all tasks are completed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare 2-5 units daily between check-out and check-in times.
- Complete all laundry on-site during turnover (each unit has a washer & dryer).
- Restock supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager.
- Ensure all units are fully guest-ready by check-in time.
Position Requirements:
✔ Reliability – Punctuality is critical. You must be on time every day to complete cleans before 4 PM.
✔ Transportation – A working vehicle is required for reliable transportation.
✔ Communication – Must have a smartphone for scheduling and updates.
✔ Attention to Detail – Ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
✔ Ability to Work Independently – Clean efficiently with minimal supervision.
✔ Physical Capability – Comfortable working on your feet for several hours, lifting laundry, and handling cleaning supplies.
Compensation & Employment Type:
✔ Pay Range: $15 – $20/hour, based on experience and performance.
✔ Daily Pay Minimum: $40 /day, based on workload.
✔ Temporary Contractor Role – Position starts as a 1099 contractor, paid daily.
