In this Customer Service Associate role, you will engage with clients in person, demonstrate mobile plans with unlimited talk, text, and data, and guide them through simple enrollments.
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll begin with a training program that covers our affordable mobile solutions, effective sales techniques, and how to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Service Associate will listen to clients describe their wireless needs and guide them toward affordable plans that keep them connected and fit their budget.
Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate
