Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable and experienced Purchasing Agent to join our dynamic team. This applicant will be expected to juggle a host of busines matters and complete job functions efficiently and on-time. Computer Knowledge is a must and Google Suite is highly recommended, but not required. Person must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Main task is Purchasing all Materials and Issuing PO to other trades that we work with
- Work with Sales team on order deadline, paperwork for other internal uses, and forecast material usages based on historical ordering patterns
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, and shop for all thing material - coming and going.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Purchasing Agent or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Purchase Order functions and material tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Suites
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast financial trends effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
