Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting
Salary: $110,000 – $190,000

- Support SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings and disclosures
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Evaluate accounting treatments and recommend GAAP-compliant solutions
- Implement new accounting standards and support policy development
- Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
- 5+ years of accounting or public accounting experience
- 3+ years of SEC reporting experience (10-Q / 10-K)
- Experience with complex accounting standards (US GAAP)
- Public accounting background strongly preferred
