Growing commercial contractor specializing in HOA, multi-family, and exterior maintenance including painting, EIFS restoration, and masonry restoration is hiring experienced commercial painters for the upcoming season.
This position is focused on exterior commercial and HOA work. Not single-family residential.
Position Details
- Full production work begins April
- Exterior HOA and multi-family projects
- Regular use of sprayers, scaffolding, and boom/scissor lifts
- 40+ hours per week during the season, with overtime available
- Multiple job locations
Requirements
- Prior commercial or HOA painting experience strongly preferred
- Sprayer experience required
- Comfortable working from scaffolding and lifts
- Ability to follow job specs and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and Social Security card
- Ability to work as part of a crew in a safety-first environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime paid for all hours worked over 40
