Warehouse / Fleet Manager
Critical Peake Electrical Services – Hanover, MD
Critical Peake Electrical Services is looking for a hands-on, take-charge Warehouse/Fleet Manager to keep our shop running right and our crews ready to go.
If you’re someone who takes pride in organization, keeps equipment in top shape, and makes sure guys in the field have what they need to get the job done, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Run the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and shop

Keep trucks and vans in service—handling maintenance, inspections, and registrations
-
Track and manage tools, materials, ladders, PPE, and uniforms
-
Get materials where they need to go—deliveries, returns, and job support

Keep the shop clean, organized, and secure
-
Make sure field crews have the right tools and equipment every day

Manage and direct the Shop Tech

Keep track of who has what—tools, vehicles, and gear
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years running a warehouse, fleet, or equipment yard

Experience in electrical, construction, or similar trade work is a big plus
-
Someone organized, reliable, and not afraid to get their hands dirty

Comfortable using inventory systems and basic computer programs

Valid driver’s license
