Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- SLP-CCC or CFY status supported and encouraged
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with a diverse student population across various age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for student success
- Document sessions, maintain compliance with district and state regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive team culture
