Requirements of this Superintendent role:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Superintendent role, leading TI and ground-up projects in New Mexico
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively manage sub-contractors, schedules, safety meetings and OAC meetings
- OSHA 30 certification
- Weekly reposting to Project Managers
