Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality coffee and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Prior café or coffee shop experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check due to the location.
