Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including cleaning surfaces and equipment

- Help with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, such as moving supplies and ingredients safely
- Serve food and beverages efficiently during busy service periods, including food running duties
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- MUST have proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices
- Excellent communication skills for in-person customer service and team collaboration
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting with proper techniques
- Experience with culinary tasks like cooking, food running, serving, and banquet support preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
