Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead carpenters with residential remodeling tasks (e.g., measuring, cutting, installing trim)
- Learn hands-on carpentry skills, including basic trim and cabinetry work
- Operate company vehicles to pick up materials and support job sites
Support Duties:
- Set up/break down tools and maintain organized, clean job sites
- Protect client property during projects
Requirements
- 1–2 years construction experience (preferred)
- Valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active remodel sites
- Eagerness to learn carpentry skills and grow into a journeyman role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.03 - $28.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
