Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency across production lines. This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and design engineering, along with hands-on experience in tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain tooling for various production operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to identify solutions and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision inspection systems for quality control.
- Oversee the assembly of components, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and assist in training production staff on new technologies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and methodologies.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience for designing and production line
- Capable of SolidWorks program
- Strong mechanical aptitude for quality issue with various inspection process
- Strong ability to multi-task and report progress.
- Experience with tooling design and implementation.
- Strong participation in proactive communication for preventive actions and effectiveness of new product development and production.
