Quality Edge is looking for dependable, hands-on machine operators who take pride in safe work, quality products, and steady production. Since 1998, we have grown to four locations by manufacturing and shipping aluminum and steel exterior building products nationwide with speed, accuracy, and care.

This is more than a button-pushing job. As a Production Operator, you will run roll forming equipment, read and follow work orders, use our Work Center Processing system, complete quality checks, match colors, measure accurately with a tape measure, and package finished products as they are produced. The best fit for this role is someone who enjoys working with their hands, understands the importance of precision, and can stay focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are especially interested in candidates with manual manufacturing experience, strong attendance, a safety-first mindset, and a stable work history. Hours: 1st Shift 6:30a-2:30p & 2nd Shift 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay: Starting base pay is $22.00 per hour, plus a $3.00 per hour 2nd shift premium. Successful operators may earn up to $31.00 per hour through our efficiency pay program.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on manual manufacturing experience, not limited to simply pressing a button
- Ability to read and follow work orders accurately
- Basic computer skills and comfort using production systems
- Experience using standard hand and power tools
- Dependable attendance and a current or recent work history
- Steady employment history, ideally 2 years with a previous or current employer or fewer than 3 employers in the last 5 years with no significant gaps
